Multidisciplinary meeting – when working on particularly complex cases

Sometimes in our work we come across particularly complex cases, which are a real challenge and test for our entire team. Sometimes we just can't do it alone, there is no light at the end of the tunnel and going forward seems impossible. In such moments, the need for adequate and timely assistance provokes us to seek assistance from colleagues from partner organizations or institutional assistance.

The multidisciplinary meetings that we hold within the framework of the project "Comprehensive integration support for legally residing third-country nationals", serve precisely for the successful resolution of such cases of vulnerable families and persons of refugee origin.

Thanks to our joint efforts with other organizations or institutions in the country, we can identify the causes, look for the root of a problem and track its entire development. And when we join forces, we manage to find alternative, meaningful solutions, to distribute the subsequent tasks to the different teams and to work faster and more effectively to support, give hope and inspire confidence to those in difficulty.
